Le rapport de développement durable est un document qui décrit les projets sociaux et environnementaux promus par l'entreprise, en vérifiant les impacts sociaux et en définissant leur développement au cours des prochaines années.
L'entreprise se perçoit comme l'un des acteurs de la communauté dans laquelle elle opère, dans laquelle elle doit être insérée et coordonnée pour fonctionner au mieux. Pour ce faire, OMAL s’est engagée dans un parcours de travail structurel consacré au thème de l’innovation sociale en tant que moteur permettant d’améliorer ses performances sociales et organisationnelles. Savoir faire partie d'une communauté plus large ne signifie pas relativiser, mais optimiser son impact en se coordonnant avec d'autres parties prenantes, aux niveaux local et international, en évitant de travailler en vase clos.

Investing in the innovation of products and business processes to ensure the right balance between humans and the environment and to build a better world for future generations.
Purpose II
Promoting education and professional development, encouraging socialization and dialogue within the community by supporting socio-cultural recreational proposals, associative activities, and sports practices.
Purpose III
Creating an inclusive and proactive work environment that ensures rights and responsibilities, protects health and safety, and supports corporate welfare measures.
The Agenda 2030 consists of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that are part of a broader action plan comprising 169 targets or milestones associated with them, to be achieved in the environmental, economic, and social domains by 2030. It is a global challenge as these goals concern and involve all countries and components of society: from private businesses to the public sector, from civil society to information and cultural operators.
We have chosen to take up this challenge by focusing our attention on material issues that we consider priorities and identifying a preliminary set of sustainability goals. At the same time, we have embarked on a path of increasingly close engagement with suppliers and collaborators to achieve results for the common good.
